We had a fun Easter egg hunt yesterday at the church. I had asked my friend if she wanted to have an egg hunt like we used to have when we lived in Providence and then it turned into a whole ward activity. The kids had fun as usual. Eli was eggspecially intense about starting but then after he found the first piece of candy, he was content to just sit down and eat it.
I brought a few eggs that had little toys in them instead of candy and Carter was really eggcited that he found the egg that had the little toy helicopter in it. It was just luck that he got it but he was so happy. Yeah for Easter!

Even though you are all wearing coats, it at least looks like spring. Just think of the new tradition in Etna, NH that was started by the Bohn's. It will probably be a part of that ward's yearly activities forevermore, thanks to you guys (by way of the Davis family of Providence, UT). The kids look like they are having fun . . . they would have been so sad if they didn't get to do the egg hunt this year!
